Actress Priyanka Chopra recalled her experience of a near-death incident, which occurred during a stage performance in 2004 with co-stars Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta, Zayed Khan, and Saif Ali Khan. Priyanka was preparing to change outfits backstage when she heard a deafening noise, which was later discovered to be a bomb blast.
Priyanka went on to say that it is only now that she realised that Shah Rukh and she were only six feet away from where the blast occurred. Had they been nearer, it could have been catastrophic. According to her, they had no clue when they reached Colombo that this event could turn into a tragedy. She added that she has never looked at death so closely in real life. The incident shook her up. It made her sick and she was in bed the whole day after reaching Mumbai.WATCH HERE
