Today, August 24, 2023, news emerged that Bray Wyatt, real name Windham Rotunda, had passed away at the age of 36.
Wyatt had been away from WWE TV since March due to health issues.
The health issues had been described as “life-threatening”, but more recently, Wyatt had been making positive progress towards a return.
WWE posted the following statement on its website:
WWE is saddened to learn that Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 24, at age 36.
